This Beats by Dre commercial for the upcoming World Cup games is awesome! “The Game Before The Game” is a fantastic concept that brings the viewer into the minds of everyone involved before the game begins.

Reclamation Revisited
I just revisited my feature-length film Reclamation. Now that 3 years have passed, it was great to see the film from an audience members perspective. I got to say that I can't believe I pulled the film off for a measly $2,000.00 budget.
It was a strong lesson in my filmmaking career to remember that if you've got the motivation to do something, you can do it, even if it's a highly ambitious World War Three action film with no budget.

My production company Tiny Monster Productions recently acquired the Preston Fiz 2 wireless remote follow focus. Paired with our Clipper 324 Steadicam, we are able to create some seriously dynamic shots now.

Budweiser - Behind The Scenes
Things can get a bit silly on set when you're pushing past the 2:00am mark. The lead actor and actress pose for a photo in downtown Los Angeles as we get set for one last shot for our Budweiser Black Crown advertisement.
This West Hollywood rooftop gave us this great, velvety bokeh to work into the background of our frame.
Walking Contest - A Super Rad Video
This video is so slick that it makes my brain melt from the genius of it. The well-written and articulated video describes the 'walking contest' feeling that many city dwellers have experienced time and time again on the mean streets. Great piece! Walk on!

The Strokes Music Video
You Only Live Once is one of my favorite songs by the Strokes. The lyrics in the song speak so much about overcoming negativity within a relationship and appreciating the redeeming qualities that drew you to that person to begin with.
There is a lot of different ways to read into the message of a song like this and that's why I believe the music video serves it so well. The video focuses on metaphor rather than explanation, allowing the listener to draw their own conclusions. Classic!
Aspire TV - NYC
I flew out to the Big Apple to film athlete profiles for the Colgate Women's Games. The youngest of these athletes was cute little Avery here. Working with kids can usually be tough but she was wonderful on camera!
Starship Rock Song Ad
The British mobile network 'Three' has a slightly vague slogan: "We all need silly stuff." However Wieden & Kennedy's interpretation of this is awesome!
This incredibly rad advertisement was shot by Traktor and the girls performance clearly shows that she was born to lip-sync old Starship rock songs. You go girl!
Kessington Kross - Acoustic
Today we are filming an intimate acoustic version of 'Gimme Your Love' with Kessington Kross and damn, it sounds good. Its always exciting to try new gear and today we are rocking out our newer Steadicam sled. BOOYAH!
